The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of a friendly and driven team of 8 surveyors working collaboratively on a diverse range of projects.

With over 60 projects secured and new ones being added weekly, the role promises excitement, challenge, and ample scope for professional development. The firm's rapid growth-doubling its turnover this year with projections to repeat the feat next year-positions this as a prime time to join. The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Healthcare or Residential experience is highly desirable
• A successful track record leading projects to completion
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• MRICS is highly desirable
• The desire to grow long term with a firm
