Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to be engaged on a permanent basis located in Filton, Bristol.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing specialist knowledge in responding to engineering queries raised by the client partners, relating to the design, safety, maintenance and operation of the equipment and systems installed.
• Liaising and building relationships with partners.
• To technically review proposed support documentation for the client to achieve final acceptance before publication.
• Working independently and as a member of the Support Engineering Team.
• To attend and provide support to various Stakeholder meetings.
• Identifying information to support the process and manage the Database providing outputs for review.

Your skills and experiences:
Essential:

• HNC or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or work experience within a relevant field.
• Competent user of Microsoft Software Packages.

Desirable:

• An understanding of mechanical systems/electrical power generation.
