Our client is looking for a sales professional with a deep understanding of manned guarding and security services who can proactively identify, develop, and secure new business with both existing and prospective clients across London and the South-East. You will play a key role in shaping the business's long-term growth strategy while working within a dynamic, supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities include driving business development by identifying and securing new opportunities within static and mobile security services, developing and executing a strategic sales growth plan, and managing a pipeline of both new and existing leads. Building and nurturing strong client relationships, you'll work collaboratively to close deals and ensure seamless service delivery. Consistently achieving sales targets, you'll actively network and engage within the industry to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
What we're looking for: The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in security personnel sales, with proven experience in developing and executing long-term business strategies.
