Our client, a well-respected and successful Marketing organisation seeks a Client Account Manager (reporting to the Account Team Leader) to develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts.

The role is the primary face of the business; you will be a 'people person' with a genuine interest in building relationships and understanding clients' requirements.

The Role - Manage client expectation, provide internal support provision and manage your own time

Your tasks

Maintaining contact and respond quickly to clients by e-mail, phone and face to face

Holding regular review meetings with clients

Producing regular client reports for internal use

Providing information for the monitoring and management of client profitability

Briefing and checking invoices for clients ensuring the profitability of client accounts

Assisting with the compilation of departmental reports
