Your main duties will be:* Sending jobs/ locations to operatives via their PDA* Liaise with clients to ensure works booked in* Managing the Operatives diaries/calendars* Escalating concerns to managers* Responding to emails regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures* Logging calls and requests on IT systems* Liaising with operatives about completed jobs and return visits* Filing/maintaining paperwork in accordance with quality assurance procedureFor this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
