From reviewing production expenditure and estimating tax credits to conducting funding audits and submitting BFI certificate applications, the Audit Senior will play a vital part in supporting the financial foundation of creative projects.

�? Key Responsibilities

While core audit capabilities are essential, the distinctive value of this role lies in its industry-specific context:

  • Contributing to a dynamic and expanding Film & TV specialist team

  • Leading audits on production costs and co-production reporting

  • Preparing and reviewing applications for BFI certification

  • Analysing expenditure across film, television, and gaming productions

  • Collaborating with clients to forecast tax credits and secure appropriate funding

  • Supporting a range of projects — from independent films to major Hollywood franchises

?? Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification

  • Prior experience in audit and accounts within a professional practice setting

  • Strong communication abilities and a client-centric approach

  • Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail

  • A genuine enthusiasm for the creative industries

  • Confidence in applying technical expertise to bespoke financial challenges

Desirable: Previous exposure to media, entertainment, or creative sectors

The Film & TV team leverages modern, cloud-based accounting systems. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with digital-first platforms are considered essential. Outdated systems are notably absent from the working environment.
