We have a new role for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join a leading organisation based in South West London. This is a client side role, Monday - Friday and is a static position.

In addition to a good starting salary you will be offered a generous pension and holiday allowance. There is opportunity for overtime and an on call.

Within this mechanical maintenance role you will be responsible for:

• Plant room checks and breakdowns
• PPMs
• Reactive maintenance 
• Air Handling Units
• Boiler checks
• Hot and cold water systems
• Water treatment 

This is a varied mechanical maintenance role, where you will be working alongside a qualified electrician and plumber. This is a brilliant mechanical focused role for a qualified engineer.

For this mechanical maintenance role we are looking for:

• Level 3 NVQ/ City and Guilds or Mechanical Degree
• Experience of building services maintenance, ideally from a hospital setting
• Experience of plant room maintenance, water treatment and PPMs
• A team player, looking for a long term, stable role in a close knit team. 
• Living in South West London ideally.
