Part-Time Clients’ Payroll Administrator:

Pay: £14.28 per hour.

Hours: Can be part-time hours x 5 days per week or full-time hours (9-5) for 2 or 3 days per week.

Location: Leeds LS1

A Payroll professional with bureau or practice experience is required for a well-established Life Style Management business in central Leeds.

AskJules operates across the UK as a market-leading Life lifestyle management service for young disabled adults who require 24/7 care and support. Our clients are mainly university students who are living away from home for the first time. Part of our comprehensive service is to assist our clients in recruiting and employing Personal Assistants to provide their health care, personal care, and academic support.

We are a friendly professional company with our head office in LS1. We are now seeking to appoint a Payroll Administrator to join our thriving business. The successful applicant will possess previous end-to-end payroll processing experience, dealing with multiple client payrolls.

Key Duties/Tasks:

Full end-to-end weekly payrolls using Moneysoft Payroll Manager and BrightPay.

Looking after your share of our client portfolio, approximately 320 employees split across 150 clients/employers.

Calculating and checking payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and that all employees are paid correctly.

Dealing with new starters/leavers paperwork.

Dealing with SMP/SSP/SPP/ and auto-enrolment pension contributions.

Attachment of Earnings.

Working closely with our HR Department, along with other internal Departments.

Dealing with queries.

Provide information and support to the business giving due regard to data protection and authorisation levels.

PAYE, P46/P45/P60's processing.

Dealing with payroll and client queries.

Issuing payslips and sending out payroll correspondence.

Liaison with HMRC regarding queries.

RTI and year-end processing.

Other ad hoc duties as required.

Desirable skills and attributes:

Previous payroll experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be answering queries.

You must be able to work on your own initiative, under pressure and to deadlines.

A keen eye for detail.

Confident with Excel
