Sellick Partnership Ltd are partnering a housing association with the recruitment of a Property Inspector to join their repairs and maintenance team in County Durham on an ongoing basis.

Daily duties of the Property Inspector:

Complete surveys on properties experiencing damp and mould issues
Identify damp and mould issues and advice tenants on reason for issue
Travel across Sunderland carrying out damp and mould inspections
Liaise with tenants regarding issues
Use the provided PPEEssential Experience of the Damp and Mould Inspector:

Possess a full UK drivers license
Willing to undergo DBS check
Knowledge of damp and mould issues, what causes it and how to treat itDesirables:

Possess HNC in relevant area
Damp and mould qualification
