Ecommerce Manager

About:

• International womenswear, slow fashion brand with a commitment to nature
• Creating unique handmade pieces using the highest quality of fabrics, accessible for all
• Successful womenswear brand in 'scale up' mode 

Role:

• To ensure the digital strategy aligns with both local and international marketing plans, working closely with the Marketing Manager and the international head office to deliver a seamless, high-performing online presence.
• Own and manage the Shopify website platform ensuring that performance, functionality & usability are best in class.
• Develop and execute strategies & tests to drive online sales growth, increase conversion rates, improve conversion and retention, and improve customer engagement.
• Working closely with the founder and other senior stakeholders to drive strategic customer acquisition and retention across SEO, PPC, social media, CRM, email, affiliates etc.

Requirements:

• Experience working within similar fashion retail, online retailer.
• Proven track record of developing e-commerce growth strategies that have increased sales and profitability of a Shopify based e-commerce channel.
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency to interpret traffic and sales data, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, agile environment with responsibility for key decision making.
• Strong technical skills with high level of proficiency in Shopify and a working familiarity with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Liquid)
