Our key partner, a top-tier precision manufacturer based in Redditch, is actively seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join their team and steer the company towards sustained growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Direct the day-to-day production operations, ensuring the efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.

* Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.

* Enforce safety regulations consistently across all production processes.

* Coordinate production schedules in accordance with strategic plans.

* Analyse production data, identify potential improvement areas, and deliver necessary changes.

* Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering) to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

* Drive continuous innovation and improvement within the production department.

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Production Manager or Team Leader in the manufacturing industry.

* Solid understanding of production management systems and Lean manufacturing principles.

* Experience as a people manager; being responsible for employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, disciplinaries, absence management etc.

* Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and other relevant software.
