Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Devon
Salary: Circa £55k DOE
Hours: 40hrs, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• Leading internal and external audits, ensuring site is compliant with third party standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, maintaining relevant documentation.
• Conducting supplier approval & visiting sites for audit.
• Raising non-conformance and ensuring full traceability exercises are taken, manage complaints, carrying out relevant investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead HACCP team, training and developing factory workers on food safety/hygiene legislation.

The Candidate:

• Lead auditor to BRC standards
• Previous experience in a quality assurance role
• HACCP level 3, Food Safety level 3
