They are looking to recruit a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join their business.

As Pre-Construction Project Manager, your role will include:

Oversee the bid management process, including decisions on bid/no-bid, tender evaluations, and submission of competitive proposals.
Work with business development teams to identify new project opportunities.
Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and scope analysis for potential projects.
Manage the procurement process, including selecting subcontractors, preparing packages, and analyzing tenders.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for proposed projects.
Coordinate with design teams, clients, and stakeholders during the pre-construction phase.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Develop and implement pre-construction processes and procedures.
Participate in client presentations, interviews, and meetings as required.
