Warehouse and Production Assistant

The Company

An equipment supplier for events, TV shows and fashion shows. An established business with a small team of 5 with a loyal client base with lots of repeat business. Due to the location you will need to be a driver to apply for this role. Full training will be provided on the marketing aspects of the role. This is varied role and daily you will be 50% packing, packing and creating shipping labels and couriers, the other 50% is order processing.

What will you do

* Process sales orders

* Pick and pack orders

* Stock organising and moving boxes in and around warehouse

* Creating shipping labels and organising couriers

* Answer incoming calls, manually entering orders into sage

* Update social media update e..g facebook and linkedin when required

* Update product information on the website using WordPress

* Update customer tracking information

What will you need

* Happy to be onsite 5 days a week

* Driver and own transport - essential

* Have administration experience, ideally worked on Excel and Sage

* Excellent communication skills and happy to work cross departments
