Credit Controller - £24,000 - £26,000 – Full Time – Permanent

Reed Accountancy and Finance Norwich are delighted to be working with a growing Norfolk brand, to recruit for an outgoing and enthusiastic Credit Controller to join their warm, close-knit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing and driven individual to join a team that promotes development and a team focused culture and environment.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Chasing outstanding customer debt
• Working with customers to set up or alter payment plans
• Responding to customer queries relating to payment
• Provide regular reports on collection activity
• Ensure a high level of collection rates
• Chasing invoices

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Credit Control experience
• The ability to take initiative
• A positive attitude towards taking on responsibility
• Motivation to collect outstanding payments and debt
