Exciting opportunity for both a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to join one of the most successful and leading Project Management Corporate Occupier (CAT B Fit Out Projects) team in Central London. You will be involved in day to day project management of the design, procurement and construction process for high profile clients.

They represent one of the most successful and leading Project Management Corporate Occupiers Team in London.

They have delivered some of the most iconic fit out projects in London and have an impressive pipeline of work within the private sector with clients ranging from Blue Chip companies to Financial and Professional Services.

They looking for experienced Fit-Out Project Managers to oversee and deliver high-quality interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Someone with a proven track record in managing commercial CAT B fit-out projects, with a focus on stakeholder management, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

You will be responsible for managing project teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring all works are carried out in line with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Description

As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager you will be part of the Commercial Occupiers Team and manage one or more CAT B Fit Out project, involving a combination of the following:

Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, including the client;
Manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out);
Draft project execution plans to deliver outputs and defining project governance, systems and processes;
Development of project documentation, programmes and master budgets;
Manage design teams in the development of design solutions;
Works collaboratively with both internal and external teams (QS, MEP, Architecture, Sustainability) and managing the flow of information between them and the client;
Undertake contract administration and responsible for communicating and reporting on project progress.Profile

In order to be considered CAT A/B Project Management experience in the Commercial Real Estate market is essential, ideally already for a consultancy project management firm.

The ability to provide cost advise and the ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of MEP systems will also be required.

This role is client facing so you will be expected to have strong inter-personal skills and demonstrate the ability to deal with client representatives.

Professional Qualification - Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Architecture
Ideally Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, APMJob Offer
