Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will be based at their head office in Birmingham, with the flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Manager: - Provide commercial insight and support to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial guidance and driving performance across the business
- Manage and develop junior finance team members, providing support for growth and development
- Ownership of financial results, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Identify and lead improvements in existing processes to drive operational efficiency
Who You Are: - A newly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
