Social Value Coordinator

I am recruiting an experienced and skilled Social Value Coordinator to support the Social Value Manager in implementing various social value activities and achieving targets on construction projects. You will be responsible for creating engaging materials to promote London social value initiatives, ensuring they align with corporate branding guidelines and are effectively communicated across multiple media channels, including social media platforms. This project-based role offers flexibility for occasional remote work.

Role Overview:

Join the London & Home Counties team as a Social Value Coordinator. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Community and Social Value: Reporting on social value initiatives and supporting related administrative tasks.

* Data Management: Collecting and uploading monthly data from construction sites to the Social Value Portal.

* Tender Support: Sourcing information for tenders, including council strategies, community groups, and local suppliers.

* Section 106 Obligations: Assisting in local employment, work experience, apprenticeships, and T-Level opportunities.

* Project Support: Helping teams deliver social value opportunities and exploring innovative community initiatives.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with partners and stakeholders, and collaborating with supply chain partners on social value targets.

* Industry Trends: Identifying and presenting new social value developments.

* Educational Activities: Facilitating site visits and community engagement activities.

* Promotion and Marketing: Creating content for social media and marketing materials in line with regional plans.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in social value and community engagement within the main contracting market.

Strong organizational and data management skills.

Proficiency in MS applications and social media platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
