Why this role?

Our client is an IFA based in the Midlands, and they’re seeking a Chartered Senior

Paraplanner / Paraplanning Manager to help drive success a period of considerable

growth. Working with ultra high net worth clients - there average AUM per client is

£500,000

Your role as Paraplanner Team Leader:

  • Lead and mentor a growing team, working closely with two Advisers, 2 Paraplanners and 4 Administrators
  • Draft detailed suitability reports and provide technical support to a bank of ultra high net worth clients including working on a wide range of investment and pension platforms
  • Enjoy hybrid working, with 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience as a Chartered Paraplanner with a desire to step into a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in working with ultra high net worth clients
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting junior team members.
