Working Hours: 37.5 hours / week (8:30am - 5pm) + alternate Saturdays

Key responsibilities:

* Promote the business and properties across various social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.

* Provide support to the sales team by interacting with clients, attending property viewings, conducting property valuations, and generating leads.

* Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to clients at all times.

* Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.

* Be solutions-driven, identifying and resolving challenges quickly and efficiently.

* Assist in various administrative tasks related to property sales and client management.

* Represent the company professionally at all times, both in person and online.

Ideal Candidate:

* New to the sales industry, eager to gain full training within the property sector

* Enjoys interacting with the general public and is comfortable with face-to-face communication.

* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively and proactively.
