What You'll Be Doing:

Manage a caseload of testate and intestate executries
*
Calculate inheritance tax, legal rights, and prepare executry accounts
*
Complete HMRC forms and liaise with financial institutions
*
Maintain regular client contact and case records
*
Support clients with empathy and professionalism during sensitive times
What You'll Need:
*
Minimum 5 years' experience in executry paralegal work
*
Law Society of Scotland Paralegal qualification (preferred)
*
In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax, legal rights, and executry processes
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
