Salary: £12.82 to £14.61 per hour (dependent on payroll choice at interview)
Location: Market Drayton and surrounding areas
Start Date: January start dates available!
Hours: Flexible hours, typically 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Simply Education is seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to work in specialist provisions across Shropshire.

About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Work with children and young people diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs.
Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment, promoting independence and confidence.
Assist in implementing personalized learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver holistic support.
Support students in managing emotional, social, and sensory challenges.
