Job Title: Quality Coordinator - Subcontractors

Location: Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft

Hours: 18.5 hpw (0.5 FTE)

Contract: Fixed Term (to 18/07/2025) Term Time Only (38 weeks) Fractional (0.5FTE)

East Coast College work with a variety of subcontractors to help us deliver to the wider community, and we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to be the main point of contact between ECC and our subcontracting partners.

As a member of the Quality Team at ECC, you will be a part of an invaluable function in ensuring that the highest quality standards are appreciated and met through collaboration with sub-contractors and the Quality Lead. Whether it's reporting on IQA or EQA activities, agreeing action plans, or preparing for external audits, your commitment to quality, consistency, and transparency, will ensure your success.

Key needs from you and the role;

* Qualifications - Teaching Level 5 or higher, Degree

* Experience - Awarding bodies, writing and report skills, action plan development

* Knowledge - Quality assurance practices, Safeguarding

* Personal qualities - Collaborator, high standards, customer focused
