My client, a national construction company are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Midlands Office.

The client specialise in new build and refurbishment work up to £5m and work across a variety of sectors to include retail, commercial, industrial and leisure.

You will be responsible for managing muliple schemes (of shorter programme) as well as pre construction pricing and planning.

The company are a vary cash rich business and stand in very good shape going forward
