The business is well-positioned to grow its market share, and your role will be key in enabling that growth.As Financial Controller, you'll lead the financial management of the company and provide strategic guidance to support sustainable growth. You'll work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to ensure financial integrity while aligning financial strategies with the broader company goals.

What is required:

• Experience as a Finance Manager / Financial Controller in an SME environment.

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE (Qualified by Experience).

• Comfortable and confident working in a lean team, and for the time being, as the sole person in finance.

• A strategic thinker who is equally happy to be hands-on.
