Unified Communications (UC) Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with technical teams and clients to design and deploy tailored UC solutions incorporating cloud-hosted and/or on-premises SBC architectures.

* Lead the technical design and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.

* Act as a subject matter expert, presenting and demonstrating UC telephony solutions to customers.

Required Experience & Skills:

* Expertise in Microsoft-based telephony, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and cloud-based calling solutions.

* Strong track record in UC presales, with a history of successfully supporting enterprise-grade voice solutions.

* In-depth understanding of both cloud and on-premises migration strategies for Microsoft-based communication platforms.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

* High-level documentation proficiency, ensuring clear and structured technical reports and solution outlines.

* Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables effectively.

* Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs.

* Demonstrated ability to design large-scale enterprise communication solutions incorporating:

* Microsoft Teams voice solutions.

* Session Border Controllers (SBCs).

* PSTN connectivity methods including SIP, Operator Connect and Calling Plans.

* Contact Centre and Call Recording solutions.

* Call analytics and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

* AudioCodes

* Solid understanding of voice technologies and a broad range of UC&C platforms.

* Familiarity with contact centre integrations and Microsoft Teams-certified solutions.

* Knowledge of end-to-end Teams migration strategies and methodologies.

* Relevant industry certifications and professional qualifications preferred
