Duties:
* Delivering key account management of existing customers
* Proactively securing new business
* Cross selling the full service portoflio.
* Produce & keep updated development plans for customers
* Monitor customer activity and produce internal and external reports
* Lead generation customer engagement and increasing revenue
* Key account management of existing customers
* Produce & keep updated development plans for customers
* Presentations to prospective clients
* Attending and contributing to sales meetings
* Resolution of complaints and queries
* Hold regular meetings with clients and stakeholders
* Completion of tender documentation
* Co-ordinate information on competitors
* Proactively developing effective marketing tools.
Skills and Experience Required:
* HVAC Experience
* Background in Rental Markets, Construction, Industrial, Process, Food& Pharma considered
* Confident negotiation skills
* Customer management skills and experience of being field based
* Full UK Driving licence
* Willingness to travel across the North East, Midlands and South West
