The Role
As a Senior Labour Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing labour operations and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. You will:

* Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

* Managing mulitple projects

* Oversee the allocation of labour resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

* Provide strategic insights to improve recruitment and workforce planning processes.

* Support and mentor junior staff to foster their professional development.

* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations.

About You
To succeed as a Senior Labour Manager, you will:

* Have experience in labour management or recruitment, ideally within construction or civil engineering.

* Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills.

* Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

* Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

* Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Thame, Oxfordshire.
