Description
- Coordinate and oversee complex property repairs
- Liaise with contractors, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels
- Inspect completed works, assessing against quality and safety standards
- Manage and resolve any arising issues or complaints
- Contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the wider property team to deliver a seamless service
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management
