Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and other relevant details.
• Handle payroll queries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll processes, including reporting and reconciliations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.

About You:

• Previous experience in a payroll role is essential.
• Strong numerical and analytic skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A proactive and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
