Description

  • Support strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and forecasts
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and track key performance indicators
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Facilitate financial performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives across the business unit
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes
  • Participate in special projects related to financial planning and analysis

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Power BI experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision making at all levels
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite
