The Job People are looking for Warehouse Operative's to join a well-established Logistics company in Leamington Spa.

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Full training is provided - candidates must be able to speak / understand English.

Previous order picking experience is advantageous - using RF Scanners & paper picking.

Full Time work only.

Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:

• Fixed AM shift
• 08:00 - 16.30
• Monday to Friday
• Fixed PM shift
• 13.00 - 21.30
• Flex required from time to time, start an hour earlier, or stay an hour later, depending on the customer requirements.
• Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.

Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:

• £11.50 per hour AM
• £12.50 per hour PM
• Overtime paid after 40 hours - time & a half rate.

Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Leamington Spa:

• Working on a machine production line
• Packing the prodcued items on to pallets
• Wrap / Band / Label pallets
• Keep up with machine pace
• Checking customer orders and ensuring 100% accuracy
• Stock checking and stock put away.
• Role requires you to stand on your feet for long periods of time and some heavy lifting of boxed goods.
