Job Overview:

We are seeking four experienced Sales Energy Consultants to join our Leicester office. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent B2B sales experience in energy, insurance, telecoms, utilities, or a similar sector. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-focused mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and engage new business opportunities within the energy and utilities sector

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

* Advise businesses on tailored energy solutions and cost-saving opportunities

* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals

* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

* Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing structures, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in B2B sales (energy, insurance, telecoms, utilities, or similar)

* A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven

* Strong ability to build rapport and close deals confidently

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

* Competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000

Interview Process:
