Customer Success Administrator London (Initial 6 months in office, hybrid/remote afterwards)
£30k - £35kI have an exciting opportunity, providing administrative support for the Customer Success Team in a marketing company. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-orientated and passionate about operational support. This is a dynamic position whereby you will be challenged and have opportunities to grow within the company.
What you’ll do: - Manage critical administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings
- Track project progress and coordinate tasks with team members
- Manage communications between internal team members and clients
- Assist with time logs, billing updates and performance reports
- Arrange travel
What you’ll need: - Proficiency in Google Workplace (highly desired)
- Proven administrative experience
- Ability to multitask
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Be highly organised
- Be a quick learner and show initiative
- Able to deliver quality work on time
