Customer Success Administrator  London (Initial 6 months in office, hybrid/remote afterwards)£30k - £35kI have an exciting opportunity, providing administrative support for the Customer Success Team in a marketing company. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-orientated and passionate about operational support. This is a dynamic position whereby you will be challenged and have opportunities to grow within the company.What you’ll do:
  • Manage critical administrative tasks
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Track project progress and coordinate tasks with team members
  • Manage communications between internal team members and clients
  • Assist with time logs, billing updates and performance reports
  • Arrange travel
What you’ll need:
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace (highly desired)
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Be highly organised
  • Be a quick learner and show initiative
  • Able to deliver quality work on time
