As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the business. You'll have the opportunity to lead budgeting and forecasting processes, provide strategic financial insights, and work closely with a dedicated finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and produce accurate and timely management accounts.
• Identify and implement cost management opportunities to improve financial efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide in-depth financial insights and conduct variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Lead and support a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts production.
• Proficiency in accounting software and excellent Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Previous experience supervising or managing is advantageous.
