ML77- Project Manager.

Salary: £39,000-£42,000.

Location: Reading.

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day delivery of projects
Building relationships with clients
Development of project documentation and reporting
Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate
Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
Assisting with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
Assisting with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
Monitoring and reporting on contractor's progress on site
Supporting the team in developing new business opportunities
Supporting the team managing existing client relationships
Developing skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with clients
Skills and qualifications:

Construction project management experience is essential
Experience using Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project
Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
Experience of delivering presentations
Excellent communication skills to have gravitas with senior professionals
Experience in report writing
Diploma/BSc/MSc in project management
You will ideally be working (or considering to work) towards achieving one of the qualifications (MRICS/ MCIOB/ MAPM/ PRINCE2)
Salary: £39,000-£42,000.
