My client, a leading telecoms company is looking for a skilled RAN Network Design Specialist to join a dynamic team. The role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical solutions across 2G, 4G, and 5G RAN design, ensuring high-quality solutions within challenging timeframes. The role covers hardware, software, and feature design for Macro, Micro, and Small Cells.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and implement technical solutions for RAN, ensuring design meets quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive efficient solutions.
Support field trials and new product deployments.
Analyse network data, drive process optimisations, and ensure timely delivery.Skills & Experience:

5+ years in Mobile RAN design, planning, or delivery.
Proficiency in Ericsson and Nokia RAN technologies.
Ability to analyse network data and drive test logs.
