Your new roleYour new role as Construction Project Manager will require you to oversee a mixture of capital construction works with values ranging from £4m to £40m. This client side position will require you to develop a brief and manage all subsequent RIBA stages through to completion and handover.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will need a strong background in a similar environment/role and ideally will be APM, MCIOB or MRICS qualified.
