Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a national Facilities Management company to find a reliable and passionate individual to join a team dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client's facilities.

Salary: £35,600 per annum

Conducting routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of a variety of systems and equipment
Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC repairs and installations
Deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently
Adhere to safety protocols and regulationsAn ideal candidate will have:
Experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work early and back shifts as required
