Working Monday to Friday 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6amPacking operative - £11.91-£13.90MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES* Keeping a clean and tidy work area.* Weighing and creating mixes from a recipe.* Accuracy and detail needed to follow procedures safely and efficiently.* Be prepared to work with raw meat materials minced into animal feed, and ability to work in a busy environment.* Manual handling necessary to decant raw materials into smaller bins.* Operating certain machines such as bin lifts and mixers; training will be provided.* Interacting with your line manager to provide progress on your area of ownership.* Carrying out pre-start checks on your area of responsibility to verify our safe ways of workings are being adhered to.* Recording of data electronically on factory floor touch screens as well as some paper-based documents.* Having pride for your area of work and a willingness to support our colleagues.* Work to set deadlines to ensure we never miss a customer order.* Maintaining hygiene standards as we are a food factory.
