A great opportunity for an Import Merchandiser - Home Textiles to join a market leading textile business in the Greater Manchester office. They design and produce textiles for the Bedroom, living room etc. They have a great reputation in the industry with a number of long service employees. Description

Responsible for:

Photography / Packaging

• Organising samples, checking that all samples received are correct to approved CAD.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Creating packaging forms.
• Uploading photography to factory FTP folders.
• Approving soft copies.
• Approving hard copies.

Managing Sealing process

• Chasing/Reviewing/Approving strike offs with designer.
• Chasing/Reviewing/Approving bulk fabric.
• Chasing/Reviewing/Approving gold seal samples.
• Test reports / Approval.

Shipping and correct documentation

• Ensure all shipping paperwork is processed and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Housekeeping on BARS and Quality Folder
• JDE - Running sales reports / Sales Analysis

Update and maintain seasonal documents

• Raising POs and Invoice.
• Shipment Diary
