Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive – Newton Abbot, Devon 

The opportunity: 

• This boutique law firm in Newton Abbot is recruiting into the conveyancing team and searching for a technically excellent lawyer 
• There is already an abundance of work to be getting on with – with referrals from other departments 
• Working within this small practice, you will be a true team player
• You will have strong admin support

What will you do?

• Handle a mixture of sales & purchase files
• Manage freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, remortgage and equity transactions
• Potential to also handle matrimonial property matters
• Work on a realistic-sized caseload within this supportive team
• Work closely with the department head

What do you need?

• Ideally at least 2 years’ PQE as a solicitor or legal executive
• Residential Property law experience
• To be able to hit the ground running
