• Prepare and Distribute Tenancy Documents
• Ensure Compliance with Documentation and Certification for Tenancies
• Send Terms of Business and Client Identification Requests
• Manage Office Supplies and Stock, Ordering Essentials as Needed
• Handle Main Line Telephone Calls, Voicemails, Emails, and Post
• Greet Visitors into the Office and Assist with Initial Queries
• Support Marketing Efforts and Book Relevant Service

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 2-3 years in the property industry with familiarity in the lettings process.
• A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Willingness to help and welcome visitors to the office.
• Ability to handle lettings queries enthusiastically and professionally.
• Well-presented, confident, and polite demeanour.
• Highly organised to manage a varied workload and meet important deadlines.
