Job Purpose

As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients, driving growth, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
  • Ensuring compliance processes are accurate, efficient, and delivered on time
  • Advising clients on tax planning opportunities to maximise value and ensure compliance
  • Leading on complex advisory projects, such as inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and business structuring
  • Building strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping them develop their skills and progress in their careers
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and contributing to business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant
  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with significant experience in tax compliance and advisory services
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
  • Strong technical expertise in tax legislation and planning strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
  • Experience mentoring and leading a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is advantageous
