On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Cath Lab Nurse to join a established hospital in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and the Code of Professional Conduct.
• Provide emergency care and routine nursing duties independently, supporting colleagues in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate, high-standard documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety policies, reporting any risks.
• Administer medication and manage departmental responsibilities while fostering good relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.

Requirements

• Registered on the general division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Cath Lab (Irish or UK Hospital desirable).
• Proven clinical and professional competence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Competency in the English language.
• Good character.

Desirable Requirements

• Cardiology qualification is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to manage clinical and non-clinical situations.
• Teamwork skills in delivering nursing care.
• Capacity for responsibility and individual initiative.
• Interest in quality initiatives within the Nursing Service.
• Knowledge of risk management, including investigation and reporting.
