Job Summary: The CNC Programmer Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components using Fanuc controls. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Programming: Write and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to create complex parts and components.

* Setup: Set up CNC machines, including loading raw materials and conducting test runs to ensure proper machine operation.

* Operation: Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.

* Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, machine settings, and production runs.

* Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and machinists to evaluate project requirements and resolve any issues related to machine setup and program performance.

* Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer Operator.

* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and a solid understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication skills.
