Overview:

Unify are delighted to be recruiting for a Service Depot Manager to be based from Hemel Hempstead. You will be joining a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth.

Responsibilities:

* Take charge of Health & Safety compliance, identifying and implementing improvements.

* Oversee servicing and repairs of plant hire equipment, ensuring fleet availability.

* Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of workshop fitters.

* Manage the weekly purchase order report, monitoring depot spending and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

* Promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, and high performance.

* Set an example by upholding company values and encouraging others to do the same.

* Conduct Toolbox Talks and identify areas for staff training and development.

* Process timesheets and provide support to the wider admin team.

* Ensure all training is scheduled, completed, and accurately recorded.

* Build strong relationships with OEMs to foster productive partnerships.
