Business Development Executive Role & Responsibilities:

Qualify customer requirements and identify the appropriate products to suit their applications.
Manage a portfolio of dormant, non-spending and lapsed accounts to develop relationships and create growth
Interpret customer specifications and drawings accurately.
Process enquiries using in-house database.
Generate and monitor enquiries for production facilities and subcontractors.
Generate quotations using the mainframe SAP system.
Provide technical product support to both colleagues and customers.
Become a product champion for a specific range of products (in-house training provided).
Business Development Executive Skills and Experience:

Detail-oriented with the ability to self-manage and motivate.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and email.
Confident and adaptable problem-solver with a customer-centric attitude.
Proficient in using a computer and software packages.
Professionalism and commercial awareness are essential.
Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
