Opportunitiy to join an established, award-winning Microsoft Partner working on various D365 CRM implementation projects across several industries!

My client offers a competive starting salary up to £80k dependant on experience as well as a an flexible, hybrid working model (2/3 days a week) in Central London

Roles and Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to understand business needs and requirements.
Demonstrate your extensive knowledge of all functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Configuring specifications and interface with clients to test, adapt and work through issues.
Ability to work with detail and overall development and maintenance of the CRM platform to advise on best practice. Skills and Qualifications

Full project life-cycle experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 Modules - Customer engagement, sales, service.
Excellent communication skills - ability to work closely with stakeholders and development teams.
Ability to recognise areas to maximise the effectiveness of the D365 investment for the clients. Benefits
