Salary: Band 5: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum + benefits

Role overview:
As a Band 5 nurse within Paediatric, you'll play an integral role in providing high quality care and helping oversee the unit and provide clinic leadership and supervision.
- You'll evaluate, plan, and execute care programs - confidently
- Provide leadership to your team, serving as a role model for other staff
- Supervise students, junior nurses, and other team members
The Ideal Candidate:
- RSCN/RN Child with current NMC registration
- Minimum of 6 months post-registration experience in any paediatric setting
- Ability to calculate drug dosages
- Understanding of holistic care
- Awareness of evidence based practice.
